Thumbnail/preview not updating Answered

In my last couple of instructables, I have decided after publishing that a different photo would work better as the primary photo. However, once published, the new thumbnail either a) doesn't update at all on the Instructables pages, or b) updates on the Instructables pages, but not when the link is posted elsewhere, like Facebook. 

Is there a way this can be fixed?
