150 is the ideal temp for a turkey, while 140 is best if you want you legs to be nice, either way it should be safe. If your still not sure just cut it open and see the color.

I'd say "safe, but a bit dried out".

Keep Cold Food Cold, Keep Hot Food Hot
Bacteria won't multiply in the colder temperatures of a refrigerator or freezer, or at temperatures hotter than 141°F. Where they thrive is between 41°F and 140°F, a region known as the "Food Temperature Danger Zone."

Once it's cooked, keep it above 140, or immediately refrigerate. Your turkey this time is fine :D

If you pierce the turkey breast and thigh and press - if the juices are clear (ie not bloody) then the flesh is cooked OK.

If it reached "safe temperatures", it will be OK now.
