sup guys......

i need help....i am trying to hook up some leds to my pc and my car ....so i just need to knw about the power source for both of them...what voltage,watts,source...etc ohh ya n where to connect them .......thnx

tons of ibles...just put "car computer" or "LED" in the instructables search box...

Places like Radio Shack,  or online All Electronics,  Electronic Goldmine, etc. carry blank solderable boards. 

As for the different LEDs, it depends on how you wire them.   If you are wiring in  series with the PSU, then you will have difficulties.  If parallel then a resistor of the proper value for each LED.

Voltage:  dc,  voltage and amperage,  dependent on the particular LED 

You may need to look up the spec sheets for each color for specific numbers, or get the average values from the following chart:    LED Voltage/amperages
