"Hack a Toilet for Free Water"

I was reading through some comments on an instructable, and realized that the user name someone used to post a comment was MY user name. I thought it might just be a random glitch so I refreshed the page only to have it show up again (see photos). I began to worry that my account had been hacked. I got on my computer and pulled up the instructable only to see the user name on my computer browser was now "null" (see photos). On my computer web browser, I click the link and it takes me to the instructables home page. Is this because the user was removed and this is some random glitch or something else? The first picture is from my iOS, while the second picture is of my computer.

This is the second time I've seen this, it appears we have a bug.
You can rest assured that this does not indicate your account has been hacked. The bug is that somehow, a couple users have ended up without screen names. When this happens, our front end doesn't know how to render their activity. So when they comment, for example, our frontend ends up rendering your screenname -- the logged in user -- since it doesn't find one for the actual commenter.
Everyone sees the same thing: this comment belongs to whoever happens to be logged in at that moment.
Once is a fluke, twice is a bug. We'll take a look. Thanks for the report!
