Nacho's right. Uninstall and reinstall your driver software. Also, clean the contacts on your TV card. I use a pencil eraser to lightly clean any gunk off the contacts. TV cards play a lot of games to stream the data to the computer. The data has to be turned on and off at critical points to avoid overriding regular data over the system's data bus. Anything that might interfere with this data exchange (IE: higher priority interrupts, commands not getting through, etc.) will definitely cause system crashes. The software that drives the card must have high priority and work entirely during the retrace period of the video (NTSC 1/29.96s, PAL 1/25s).

1) I have no idea what the error msgs mean, but I'd uninstall/reinstall the EX View app. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers for the card.
2) The C:\*.dmp and C:\*.xml files probably contain more info, but probably won't make any more sense than all that BC* stuff.
3) It may be a driver conflict. Uninstall any drivers that you are not using.
4) Wait for someone that knows what they're talking about.
