for the past few years, scrapers, wire brushes and such have been sold to b attached to the sawzall. When I first saw this I said "why didn't I think of that??"
Is it for oral use? Is it for cleaning the grout in the tiles? Is it a sex toy??? Have the design regstered first, get a good lawyer and let him write the patent stuff - it is impossible for a normal brain to think in patent ways to formulate the sentences correctly.

The bottom of this page cites roughly 100 patents related to "electric toothbrush" from 1939 to 2016. Check to see if anyone beat you to it.

*Error 101*
At 9:27 PM, on Aug 22, 2016, I sent myself an email of an idea of connecting a toothbrush to a reciprocating saw!
I'd go for cordless though.

If we're talking about a pulsating motor powered toothbrush, that won't be eligible for a patent as it has already been done.
If we're talking about a motorised tile grout cleaner, that's also already been done.
Personally I'm more concerned about the use of a mains powered applicance used directly over a water source.
The toothbrush head also needs replacing, those bristles are no longer optimal :-p

AT THE PATTENT OFFICE BUT THEY WANT YOUR MONIEZ.
I guess you had better pay more attention to your oral care if you need something like that.
