What IC would I use? Answered

I am looking for an IC that well take an input power and put it, to 1 of at least  3 output pins based on how much input power there is.

Need more information here :-
By 'power' do you mean voltage?
If so, over what range?
If not, what sort of 'power'?

Based on my interpretation, I highly doubt there is "An IC".

However, you could probably design a circuit if you could frame the problem a little more clearly/accurately

You could use comparators to judge the input voltage and output at certain levels.
You could modify this circuit and use the LM339 quad comparator.

If you've interpreted the question correctly (and I think you have, but I'm not sure), that's a good answer.

I'm not sure I'm following the request. Could you provide a more detailed explanation of what you want to do?

He wants something for like if the input was 2V, it would output to 1 pin, if the input was like 5V, then it would output to 2 pins, etc. (I think)
