It looks like you had at least one instructable featured which means you should have gotten a gift pro membership. And that means that you were give a set of patches that you can send to another member. They are located on your page under the "you" tab. It should say "you have ### patches to send." click that link and it takes you to the place where you can generate a patch. You get new ones to send every year with a pro membership.
