1. Un-solder the diode

2. Google the words/letters that are written on the diode (For Example: "12321 diode")

There are thousands of diode types.

The visible 6A (could mean 6 ampere) on the glass passivated diode is not much help without a better side view.

The heavy gauge wire leads (3 diameters bigger then the resistor lead) of the component diode suggests a silicone general purpose diode or less likely a zener but I would expect a larger watt resistor. The bottom right large electrolytic polarized capacitor helps suggest a power supply diode.

The single sided low cost PCB, no silk screen and rough drilled holes suggest a home made board.

I cant even guess what the momentary push switch does in a cramped space except tracing was easier to put it there.

Final word, I think its a GP Si diode...

What is the rest of the part number?

I can see 6A but the other numbers are cut off.

Other than 1N series diodes most zener diodes have a Z in the part number.

Thanks for your reply, actually,I didn't make the board,it's just part of a photo.
