What kinds of acid, if there is any such substance, changes in acidity with temperature?
I was thinking of creating a battery that could charge with heat. In small gadgets we keep in pockets, these batteries could charge off our body heat. It's just something I'm interested about.

Ok then. No, putting a battery in your pocket will not charge it. A sufficiently large array of thermocouples might be workable, although expensive and complicated.

Im sorry but that doesn't answer the question.

Remember that heat is simply a catalyst, so it won't be able to change the acidity of any chemical; it only lets it react more violently. This means that it won't actually charge the batteries; rather, it will let them have a better output to time ratio.

Heat accelerates most chemical reaction so heating up an acid will make it react more strongly.

afaik, all acids become more effective with increasing temperature.
