What would be a good way to control and/or pre-program 6 servos, 10 LEDs, and a speaker? Answered

So far I've looked at something like this:
http://www.servocity.com/html/servo_controllers.html
I wouldn't want to have to connect it to a computer, plus I need a micro controller for the rest of the parts anyway.

Or something like this:
http://cheapcontrolsystems.com/

I'd prefer the system to be autonomous, but if it could be both autonomous and controllable that would be preferable, with simply controllable being the last resort.

Also does some sort of wireless tether system exist? Like could I have this system follow me?

Yeah, I was actually thinking an arduino, but would a regular arduino have enough pins? Also would the wave shield kit take up all the pins?
