What would the best machine to get to cut out the cardboard using 123D?
please tell me 3-4 models that would work for this amazing technology.

Best option would be a laser cutter. There are systems available that will cut craft paper but nothing as thick as cardboard. Though the laser may be tricky to dial in so the cardboard doesn't catch fire.

Mine has no problem with cardboard, you just cut really, really fast.

I have no experience with a laser cutter. But i've seen what it does to 1/8" ply so i imagine cardboard could catch fire pretty fast.

Put it this way: 1/8 acrylic we cut at ~10-12mm/sec. Card we cut at 100.
