0jtp139 10 years ago ReplyUpvoteFirst I have to say that while you will lose weight on atkins, it's not a healthy or realistic life style. But, my husband did atkins and i'm the meal maker in the family. One of the things he liked was sandwich meat (roast beef, ham, tuna etc.) with cheese wrapped in swiss chard or collard greens. We also did fried kale which wasn't too bad. Not for me though.
