I told them that table salt is made up of two elements that are harmful when separate, but become the salt you put on your food when mixed together. That's when I told them that pure sodium goes bang when you put it in water. Now of course they want a demonstration. So...how and where can I get the pure sodium that goes "bang" when you throw a bit in water?
