Where can i get bulk 8mm leds? Answered

Really any size above 7mm will do but i need 36 0f them to run on around 4 volts

Single colour 5mm leds are generally a few cents each in bulk
10mm leds nickles or dimes each.

7mm is pretty rare...

and where on earth is author getting a 4 volt source?
