Where is there a list of Top 10(?) gifts of 2014? Answered

I thought I had the article flagged in my email, but I can't seem to find it now.  The article was about the top 10........... or was it 15 gifts of 2014.  What caught my eye was a kit for someone to build a small computer using the Raspberry Pi motherboard.  The kit was listed for $150.  It looked like it was something someone builds and installs an OS on it.  It was basically so someone could learn what consisted of on a computer.  I didn't really have a chance to read it all that close.

Does anyone know of what I'm referring to or know of something along this line?  I would like to give this to a youngster and make it her first computer.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
