Who are the editors of each channel? Answered

I've looked, but cannot seem to find a post listing all of the editors of each channel.
Is this something that is available, and if so, could someone point me in that direction?

Many thanks!

Good question.

The "About" page is rather out of date...

We are having a meet n greet early in the new year so that our identities are little more out in the open.

Cool, some of us* have trouble keeping jobs, names and faces straight at times.

There aren't really any. The channels are assigned by each Instructable author when they create their Instructable.

Kelsey, while each Instructable author does assign which category, there has to be someone approving submission. Either that, or there is one very, very busy person approving Instructables, featured 'ibles, contest entries and such. ;-)

Not one very busy person, actually 6 pretty busy people. There are Community Managers, Contest Managers, and DIY Editors and we review all the content. Kiteman is right the About page isout of date. We are planning on having a meet n greet in forums early in the new year.

The site is reactively moderated, aided by automatic filters.

That means that anything goes as long as it does not contain certain key words or phrases, and projects will only get removed from public view if a member of the community thinks that something is wrong, and flags it for review by a human being (which is why you see bursts of spam when America is asleep - most of the users are offline, and don't flag the spam).
