Why isn't Italy amongst the Countries from which you can enter a contest?
I would like to enter food contests but I live in Italy and I see it's not amongst the countries elegible for entering contests. Why?

What's happened if I enter with other Country and after if I won send the Stuff in italy?

Same answer as for all the other countries that are not allowed - it takes time to check out and get approval of the local laws.
The list is growing though.

It's not instructables saying no - it's the countries saying 'jump through these hoops if you want to give stuff to our citizens' - and those hoops haven't been jumped yet.
