Why must everything I attempt fail? Answered

All I want to do is simply make a MMPR Green Ranger Helmet. No where on instructables is there a tut, nowhere on youtube is a tut, nowhere on google is a tut. It's always Halo. The balloon trick didn't work for me. I blew the balloon as big as it would go and it didn't even cover my head at the end. So I wasted a balloon, 2 hours, and alot of newspaper to fail. Can someone please do me a tut so I can do this? I will be grateful as hell.

That's not a failure - that's sucess at learning some of the pitfalls to avoid when making such a helmet. Your two hours were not wasted, but were invested in gaining valuable know-how.

Get a bigger ballon (or use something else that you know fits your head), obtain some more newspaper, and invest another two hours; and I predict that you will find (at least partial) success.

When I'm trying some thing I've never done before, I usually have to go through it two or sometimes three times: once to learn all - or at least many - the ways I can screw up; once to get something passable; and usually a final go to get the thing not perfect, but pretty well good enough.
