Why won't anything I download open up?
Anything I download will download to my computer but once I try to open the program, It half loads and then stops and then it doesn't close once i press the 'x' button e.g 'Skype' and 'Big fish games'. Why is this happening?

Almost impossible to answer without knowing a lot more, not just operating system and browser, but hardware as well - it could be that you have reached the limits of your machine, and it is simply "creaking at the seams".
