WinRAR Commandline Help needed!!! Answered

I have started using winRAR command line but have ran into a couple problems. -I cant get the password command to work "rar p[password] example.rar" <the command i try to use. is there a problem with this? if so help plz. -I have also been working with the email command and tis is as far as i have got "rar ieml[silvaofdarkworld@yahoo.com] example.rar" Any hep is wanted!! Thanks
