Windows 10 Mail Answered

Recently I've been having an issue with the instructables news letter in the windows 10 mail application.  The links in the body of the news letter don't all work.  The larger featured links and the contest links allow me to click through tot he intructables site.  The smaller individual projects don't do anything. It's almost like there is no link associated with them.  This issue seems to be limited to the windows 10 mail application. If I open the e-mails on my android tablet, or in the MSN web mail application I can click through all of the links.  

I don't have any problems with any other messages in the windows 10 mail application.  This is a recent development for the last 4 or 5 news letters. I used to be able to click through all of the links.  It could have something to do with an update to the app but why do only some of the links work?

Has any one else had issues with windows 10 mail and instructables?
