Would a slideshow instructable be a bad place to display my photography? Answered

I have taken some pretty darn good pictures over the years, and I would like to share them with the Instructables community. I was thinking about posting a slide-show instructable, but since it isn't technically a project, i thought it would be the wrong way. Should I just post a forum topic?

A slide-show is the perfect way to show that off. Maybe add a note to any images of particular note, but otherwise just revel in the publicity.

A slideshow is nice but annotate your photos or put in a description of any special setup, equipment used, situation or technique/what you could have done better that we can learn something from.

is there any control over how fast they are displayed (other then pausing them)?

As far as I know, there is no way to change the speed at which the pictures cycle. Possibly through internet page coding of some sort, but since i know absolutely nothing about that, i'm not even sure.

I could expand the slideshow to include some tips about how to take pretty good pictures. Most of the pictures that I take that actually come out super good are more of luck than skill, because any picture-taking I engage in usually degrades into me battling my camera. My camera seriously sucks. I mean, it has really nice high resolution, but it is just not user friendly.

At the moment, i am just leaning towards a forum post.

I think forum post would be a good idea.
