An aerial like a car antenna is usually chrome plated and designed to withstand the elements. However whether they plated the inside as well is something only you can determine. Generally speaking even if it can rust it would probably still be OK for brief water exposure. Leaving it sit in water, or leaving water sit in it is where the biggest problem would come from.

Are you talking about the aluminum tubing that a tv antenna is made of?
It won't rust. It doesn't rust when exposed to the rain and won't for your use either.
