Would you like an assembling package for your DIY project? Answered

I am thinking about doing a project to build a set of parts that can be assembled together to build a package for any(most) DIY project. Most of time, the PCB is easy to make but the package is much harder(expensive) to make or find. I want to build a set of parts, so anyone can easily build a package for his/her own diy device. I will try to make them flexible, looking good(or fun) on most devices. Would you be interested in something like this? Please let me know, so I know I am building something someone may want.

Are you talking about a flexable solution for packaging a finished project for retail? If so there are many such solutions out there.

Not for finished project for retail. Mostly for diy project to use at home, e.g.. arduino projects..

Well if your not selling it why would you need packaging? Do you mean a project box. So your DIY project can be in a nice box and look more like a finished project?

They are called project boxes and you can find them all over the place in an abundance of shapes and sizes. Everything from plastic to extruded aluminum boxes based on your project's needs. Prices tend to be pretty reasonable as well.

One PCB, one set of components, that can be used to make *any* DIY circuit?

That's a lofty aim!

no. I don't do pcbs. Just the packaging for pcb diy projects.
