/You page not showing content or notifications Answered

To my great surprise getting on today, I found my /you page is no longer carrying any of my content or notifications.

Can someone tell me how I can remedy this problem?

The Pro membership is still working, and your projects are still up and running. Clear your cache, but make sure you have cookies enabled. Refresh the page and try again. (It looks like your browser has an old token that it reallyreally wants to use on the You page, so clearing your cache will kick it out of your browser so you can load the correct token. That ought to force the page to behave correctly.)

If that doesn't work, please send the most detailed report you can manage to service@instructables.com and somebody will get to the bottom of this for you.

As far as I can tell (based on other sites' indications on cookies and a review of my settings) that cookies are enabled. I also tried a third device and got the same result. I am aware all my content remains intact, though the failure of the /you page makes keeping track of everything more laborious.

It appears I will have to proceed with the email option.

Welp, we figured it out. Another wonderful and rare entomological find for the collection, to be sure.

Follow someone. Anyone. Pick an author you like, then follow them. Just one will solve this bug until we can push a fix for you.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache, and ensuring you don't have any browser add-ons?

The text shown in your screen capture is supposed to be there, but you should see items from your "following" along with your contest entries, etc.
