blank view and repeat login Answered

Everytime I log in and than view any item and want to download a PDF I am sent back to the login  I re login and again same procedure over and over.  I paid to become a member and so far I have yet to be able to use the site and am beginning to get upset. Not only does this happen nonstop but when I try to use the search it begins to search and than the screen goes blank with nothing left but my browser header, Why does this happen? I did not have any of these problems until I paid for a membership and now I can no longer use the site. I feel as tho I need to request a refund and forget about the site.

Can someone tell me why this happens?

I have XP Pro & normally use IE8 but have also downloaded and tried using mozilla and I get the same results constantly being told to login and a blank white page when I try to do a search...UGH

Been there done that in regards to all the suggestions tried them all before posting the problem which to this day still CONTINUES! UGH

Yes, I have my best "luck" using FireFox, although I have heard others use Crome also to come in here. With IE, I have problems posting pictures and a lot of other issues.

I saw a comment from Randofo on one of the dozen or so parallel bug reports about this.

If you're using IE, could you try (not necessarily permanently, but as a test), reducing the "security level" slider from "highest" down to "medium"? Apparently, even with cookies and everything set up, The Gates still thinks he knows better than you...

If that does make a difference, please let Staff know (either by commenting or by PM to Randofo). It is not a great fix, but it adds more information to try to work around Microsoft's latest cesspool features.

Yes, sorry had meant to originally state that cookies were enabled. The site is listed as an acceptable site under both the privacy and security settings. As far as my cache I delete it daily before I log off for the day. I have tried clearing the cache, closing the browser opening anew one and I continued to have the same problems. I have tried with the firefox as well and have the same problems. It starts out on the screen and as the search is almost completed the screen goes blank leaving only the browser heading the site page is completely white.

.  You have a Pro badge, so the system sees you as a Pro user.
.  Firefox seems to work best with this site.
.  As per lemonie, make sure you are allowing cookies from Ibles.
.  Try clearing your browser's cache.
