Although not a plans site their designs are good and easy to reproduce.
Personally I suggest using a weather proof plywood rather than boards as there is less risk of harbouring mites and it is easier to clean.
I recommend strongly that you put in a wire floor in the run area What they call a scratch mat so the coop and run are sealed. Then you can make it moble if you need to and keep the wild animals out.

You will need some chicken wire, some wood and some chickens (eventually).
