0Kiteman 11 years ago I saw a UK chef attempt this specific thing a couple of weeks ago - his equipment burst before he got enough fizz into his cola. Your options are to use a commercial "soda stream" type device, or to drop pellets of dry ice into bottles of cola and seal them.
