If you want to use the adapter as a trickle charger and charge a 12 volt battery, then power what you want to power with the battery.

You can do it, otherwise you need a bigger adapter.

As said, charge for 47 hrs at 200 ma and then discharge at 5A for 1 hour.

The formula for power is Volts times Amps. Your adapter is 12V X .200 = 2.4 Watts power. The adapter you want is 12V X 5A = 60 Watts power. You cannot increase the power (Wattage) of an adapter. If you increase the current, you will decrease the voltage and vice-versa.

No. it is not possible. You'll have to purchase or fabricate a higher out dc adapter

That is 40 times over the rated output of the adapter -I would not even bother to try.

If you need just 12V fixed use a PC power supply or an old style battery charger with rectifier and voltage regulator added.

No, not continuously possible.

But can for an hour every other day.
