You can most definatly use camp fuel. But not for very long (weeks) If used you should also later run seafoam in the engine with fresh gas to help clean up the deposits left over.

If by white gas you mean white kerosene then no. White kerosene is extremely thin, and is like racing fuel. The generator will run fast, but it's not meant to handle that.

White gas is gas that has almost no additives. Years ago it was lead free, as opposed to unleaded, because it had nothing in it and was clear in color. When I was a kid we used to put it in our lawnmower. It didn't gunk up low power low compression engines. That is also why it was used in camp stoves and lanterns.
So it will probably work ok for a generator engine BUT many of those engines are now designed to work with additives so it could cause extra wear and/or overheat the valves since it has nothing to modify its burn rate. In a pinch I would do it, but I believe Coleman gas is more expensive so I would go with the correct fuel whenever possible.

s it carscene naphagass or what?

It has a name.

See in Canada we have red fuel and white fuel, they put a red die in the fuel for farmers so they don’t pay tax on the fuel.

See a gas engine will run on naphgass but not carasciene and a diesel engine will run on carasciene.

So what engine do you have in the first place.

we have red dyed diesel and clear diesel also, one is for farm use as it does not have the road taxes on it. It is illegal to use the tax free fuel in vehicles that drive on the roads.

White gas (if it is still called that) is pure gasoline with no additives of any kind. The additives give gas a color or I believe they actually add a dye to it to help tell them apart. Things like catalytic heaters will be destroyed by additives so they need pure gas. That is why you used to have to be careful not to put leaded gas in a car with a catalytic converter as it would destroy it. Now there is no leaded gas so no problem. But the other additives cause other problems for some applications like a camp stove or a lantern. Hence the need for pure gas. An engine designed for low octane pure gas would have no problems but one that needs the additives would eventually be damaged. Hence I said "in a pinch" but it is not recommended. Kind of like running a chainsaw on regular gas with no oil. You can do it, but not for to long.

We have different coloured fuel for farmers here too. It isn't a different colour to catch you out using it on the road, it's so you can't buy bulk fuel cheap and sell it for a profit.

Coleman white gas fuel can not be used as a substitute for gas in a gasoline engine. It only has an octane rating of about 55. Much lower then the 84 that your generator will require. This will cause your engine to knock and damage internal parts. It is not a cheep alternative to gas.
