For what ? A degree project ?

One of the oldest is the old beam balancer, with a ball on a see-saw.

You still haven't said what grade you are working at. A beam balancer is dead simple.

OK, how old are you ? "6th semester" doesn't tell me whether you are at school, high school university or a Phd candidate.
