No, this has been answered many times before.   There is no control hardware to interface to VGA or DVI or HDMI.  The LCD is directly driven by the laptop motherboard.  They are proprietary and unique to each model of laptop.

Try using the search function at the top right of the page.  Typing 'laptop LCD as a monitor' into the search box yields this result.  Look at the top 5 results, the answer is the same.

Actually just found out you can buy lcd controlers from ebay for about 30$ and have the drive your lcd.

You can try one but chances are it won't work as it's probably designed to run a small calculator size screen. Can you link to this product?

Just search for lcd controler on ebay, you will find a lot of them

I'm skeptical about how well those will work but if you think they will then I'm not sure what your question is.
