design problems between browsers (Different default values) ? Answered

hello guys

I have faced a problem I didn't know a solution to it during the design of a simple template using html5, css3.

I've designed a simple form to send messages but the problem between browsers.

in google chrome browser: (good)

i tried everything (using normalize,change padding, line-height ,...) but it didn't work.

please, Someone solves this problem and give me the solution and tell me what is my fault.

Cross-browser compatibility is a common issue all web developers face. I suggest that you do your homework via googling the specific topic of form design and cross browser compatibility.
