 You can go to phonezoo.com and get an account (it's free), and they will send you ringtones to your phone.

www.mobile9.com ringtones, themes etc... you can download stuffs as a guest, 10sec waiting time.

you can make them from free on two websites i know of. the first one i used was myxertones.com which used to work well, but now i use mobile17.com. you basically upload a song and it sends you the ringtone section in a text message. i hope this helps.
