An air conditioner or a stove!? USB power is pretty limited... it can't handle much more than charging a handheld device or spinning a small fan. What's your background? Can you design a circuit to interact with your computer via USB or are you just looking to use the power? In the first instance, you don't need our help. In the second... make a usb light, fan, cup heater, single-can fridge, or anything else USB powered you might find on this site.
