It is all junk i tell you this the secound time i bught this and it does not work!

My guess is that you need to purchase either a cartridge or generator from them. Check out this link: http://horizonfuelcell.com/hobby_rc.htm
Please keep us posted, I'd certainly never heard of a production hydrogen cell for an RC car.....

Have you put in H and O? You might have to assemble it. Be more secific.
