giving a computer speaker a headphone jack Answered

So I basically dissected an IMac G3 and took out the speakers. I'm pretty much clueless when it comes to wiring so i was hoping that someone could help me take the head phone jack from actual headphones and attach it to the computer speaker. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. (I attached a picture of the computer speaker and the headphones)

for working at low power just connect the wires to the speaker by pushing them into the holes for higher power you need an amplifier. there should be one (for both speakers) in the computer you destructed (isnt it more usefull as a computer ?)

(the computer crashed so while taking out the hard drive and ram card i decided to have a little fun.) does it matter which wire goes into which hole?

no if you want the 3D of the sound to feel right then connect both speakers in the same way (not important which way)
