There are things called "Gremlins" & "bugs" they live entirely to destroy our computer networks, programs, hardware, software, &c. Sometimes they take a very short time to kill, but sometimes they can take upto a week, maybe even years depending on the programmers/manufacturers commitment.

Yes it's a common problem that's not been rectified yet.

its an error in the code. Images wont upload sometimes with Internet Explorer either.
