help me come up with how to build something like this please Answered

ok i remeber when i was young i used to have a terminator hand with hooks that i grabbed with my fingers and pulling them moved the fingers. i am new to this so maby someone else can help in coming up with a knex form of this or maybe some simple armor that i put over my hand.

Animatronic hand is one you can look at. I can't seem to find the others but the mechanism is simple to curl up the fingers with a cable, string or springs. Replace the joints with your knex. Good luck.

i think that hand is more close to what i am looking for but ill try the grabber since it doesnt take to many pieces and see how it does.
