helpin myself out Answered

I'm a 15 year old who really needs to talk to someone' who will listen....i want to know how to be happy when every thing around you is crappy or just not working for you....please someone help find myself..!

Do you have any hobbies you enjoy doing? If so, forget about everything else and just do that. If you don't, find one that you enjoy.

Run around, blow off some steam. Buy yourself something nice, play some video games, hang with your parents, and talk to your parents. Life is too short to be sad, Christmas is almost here, think about what you will be getting! Tis the holiday season, be happy! If you are thinking of hurting yourself, talk to an adult immediately.

. Hope this doesn't sound trite, but Life is what you make it. Everyone has problems, it's just that some ppl handle them better than others.
. Keep in mind that, at 15, you are going through a lot of changes, both physical and mental. This affects how you see the World and how you react to it. And at your age, you still don't have a lot of control over your life and this can be frustrating/depressing - it's just part of growing up.
. One thing you need to do is realize that most of the things you are worrying about probably don't really matter that much. Ask yourself "In 5-10 years, will this be important?" In other words, sometimes you have to tell yourself it doesn't really matter and move on. Have you seen the Serenity Prayer?
. Maybe you're expecting too much out of Life. Happiness/joy/pleasure is only a small part of the experience.
. But those are just a few of my warped thoughts. Try to find someone you can sit down with and talk about what you're going through. A lot of times, just vocalizing it can be a BIG relief.

Easy! Create an aura off happiness around you, block out the surrounding negativeness. The easiest way to do that is a stereo, your fave music, and a cushioned horizontal surface.
