The Arduino IDE uses a version of C. So if your familiar with C# you shouldn't have a problem with using the Arduino IDE.Be sure to check Arduino.cc to start learning how to use the arduino.
2. If your problem is a general -"I am just starting" then I suggest you look up one of the many web pages dedicated to getting people started with Arduino
3. Please use plain English not all who might help you here are either young or have English as a first language.
4. Our search engine is very good. + if you use sensible tags you will get some related posts in the right column.
