hi, well i just bought a portable battery usb, but output was 5,5v (testd 5,47v), can i use for smartphone and psp 5v? Answered

Or i need build a simple circuit using a regulator like 7805? or another way?, thx and sorry about my eng ^^

Shouldn't be a problem. Worst case in senerio, you device charges faster. :) It's not enough to worry about, and besides that, you multi-meter probably isn't callibrated exactly, so it's probably closer to 5v anyway.

I read 5.5V against 5.47 - my eyes must have been out last night or something...

Go ahead and use it. The 5v for usb can be anywhere from 4.5v to 5.5v.
