If you can drill (or ream) holes exactly to those sizes, you can take the hands off and make some new ones. If you can't, you might be able to glue a different shape to the current one, but watch your clearances so one hand doesn't get stuck on another as they move. Easiest would be to buy new hands. Most of the places that sell clock works will have different sets of hands available.
