how can i make graphene for cheap and isolate it i try adesive tap but hoe to get graphene out of it i want to make a ultra capacitor

There is a Youtube guru, named Robert Murray Smith, who has made a lot of videos on the subject of homemade graphene.

He kind of sounds like he knows what he's talking about, although I have not tried to replicate any of his recipes.
