If you print a PDF of the project and present it as your own work that is plagiarizing the work and illegal. You should use the instructable to build the project yourself and take pictures of your work and document your own progress of the project. If you just want to present such a project and talk to the physics and fluid dynamics of it then you need to create your own diagrams and use many different images to help you with said project. Either way you need to be doing the work yourself.

Then pull up each page and press Ctrl+P and print each page out. Not that hard to do.

For a Sixth Grade project on Newton's Laws, the only really useful part of that project is the cool image of the hovercraft - relating the construction will not earn you any credit.

As a Sixth Grader, you should be able to work out how to get hold of a copy of the photo, and annotate it, all by yourself.

There is no way I would know to get to the PDF without a premium account.
