As has been said, you have to rotate your images before you upload them.
By far the easiest way to do this without opening up your main graphics software is with the Image Resizer Powertoy Clone which adds resize and rotate to the right-click context menu  (i.e. right-click on the image file and select "rotate clockwise", "rotate anticlockwise" or "resize").  Job done!

I uploaded my images in the correct orientation and once uploaded half of them were upside down. :((

Are you serious? The imaged are the correct orientation when I look at them on my computer, I upload them and they're not! a simple rotate 90 in the library would be beneficial.

You don't.
Do the flipping before you upload to Instructables.

I don't know, but im sure follard will know.
I have been flipping mine before loading to my library.
If you need two orientations, just load two pics ( 2 names )
