0V-Man737 11 years ago Stand on the ball of your left foot. Place your right foot on the ground, but do not put any weight on it. Slide your right foot backward, keeping the whole sole in light contact with the floor. Once it is back about one stride's length, transfer all your weight to the ball of that foot and lift up its heel, while at the same time putting the heel of the other foot down and making its contact on the floor very light. You are now at the starting position, on the opposite side. It takes a lot of practice. This video simplifies it a lot, for me at least.
