Depends on which natives you're referring to.
Generally, the points would be made from hardwood or bamboo, and the fletching would be animal fur, feathers, thistledown, cotton or some simlar thing. The fletchings could be attached to the point with tree sap, animal hide glue, tar, or similar sticky substances.
You could make a perfectly servicable modern dart out of a bamboo skewer and a cotton ball, or even a sharpened Q-tip might work in a pinch.
