Ah!

You can't copy it directly from another site - you have to save it to your own PC first, then upload it to Instructables.

Once uploaded, you can delete it from your PC.

sorry i still dont understand etheir make an insructable on it or tell me directions u know 1.2.3...

1. find the picture you want to use as your avatar.
2. save it to your PC
3. click on the "you" link at the top of every page
4. Look at the left of the page (over there <---) for the orange writing that says change image(s).
5. Click it.
6. Click the browse button
7. select the image you have saved
8. Add some tags in the box that says tag files as
9. click upload

If you can't follow that, ask your mummy for help.
